Phatkaps was in DC for the epic and monumental moment in time in which the first African American President was sworn into office. There were so many people there it was overwhelming. That was an event to remember, and it will be engraved in the minds of all who witnessed it. Here are a couple shots that were taken in D.C. Enjoy.
